1. Your access
A code belongs to one person. It works on up to two devices, so you can use a phone and a laptop. It is not a team or office licence and must not be shared with colleagues, staff, or anyone else. If more people need access, each needs their own subscription.
2. Monitoring
Every search and AI question is recorded against your code, together with the devices and networks it is used from. A code being used by several people is visible in that record. Accounts showing signs of sharing may be suspended, and in that case no refund is given.
3. Billing and cancellation
New subscriptions start with a 1-day free trial; a card is required to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription — AED 119 per month, or AED 1,285.20 per year — and renews until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, trial or paid, from your billing page, reachable through Help inside the app; access then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for (or, during the trial, ends immediately with no charge). Prices may change with notice, but a period already paid for is never repriced.
4. Refunds
Refunds are considered case by case. Ask through Help and explain the situation.
5. Use of the data
The records are for your own brokerage work. Exporting them in bulk, reselling them, publishing them, or passing them to another company is not permitted and ends your access immediately.
6. Accuracy
The data comes from public and third-party records and is provided as it is. It is not guaranteed to be complete or current. You are responsible for verifying anything you act on, including ownership and contact details.
7. Contacting owners
You are responsible for how you contact anyone you find here, and for complying with UAE rules on marketing and unsolicited contact, including TDRA regulations and the Do Not Call Registry. DB Search provides information; how you use it is your responsibility.
8. Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement under the name shown at checkout.
